1) Our Role
We are an education consultancy that assists with university selection, application/document support, visa guidance, and pre-departure help. We are not a university, embassy, or visa-issuing authority, and we do not control their decisions.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website/services.
3) Information & Updates
Program details, eligibility, fees, timelines, visa rules, accommodation, and scholarships are controlled by third parties and may change without notice. We attempt accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or availability at all times.
4) Student Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide true, complete, and current information and original documents.
Meet eligibility (academics/NEET/age/financial/medical) and follow deadlines.
Comply with all laws and regulations of India and the destination country.
5) Fees, Taxes & Payments
Our consultancy fees and any third-party charges (university, application, evaluation, visa, travel, insurance, accommodation) will be shared in writing (proposal/invoice/email/WhatsApp).
Taxes, bank charges, and currency conversion costs are borne by you.
Government/university/embassy fees are non-refundable as per their own policies.
6) Refunds
Unless a written refund policy from us states otherwise, our consultancy fees become non-refundable once work begins (shortlisting, document review, applications, etc.). Third-party refunds, if any, follow the third party’s rules and timelines.
7) No Guarantees
We do not guarantee admission, seat allotment, scholarship, visa approval, travel permissions, internships, licensing/registration, or employment outcomes. Final decisions rest with the respective authorities.
8) Compliance & Recognition
Before enrolment and after graduation, you must verify NMC/medical council recognition and current licensing requirements (e.g., FMGE/NExT or destination-country exams). Rules may change; verification is your responsibility.
9) Third-Party Services
Applications, payments, visas, travel, insurance, and accommodation may involve independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, delays, pricing, or service quality.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the consultancy fees you paid to us for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11) Use of Website & Intellectual Property
Use the website lawfully. All text, graphics, logos, photos, and other materials are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission.
12) Communications & Marketing
By contacting us, you consent to receive email/SMS/WhatsApp updates about your case. You can opt out of marketing at any time (service/transactional messages may still be sent).
13) Privacy
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy (see website). By using our services, you acknowledge that policy.
14) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version posted on this page (see “Effective” date) will apply.
15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Muzaffarpur, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
